Marissa Guggiana – October 24, 2010

Mouthful welcomes back Marissa Guggiana, whose book, Primal Cuts: Cooking With America’s Best Butchers, has just been published. In previous visits, Marissa has talked about Sonoma Direct, which connects both chefs and home cooks with locally raised meats, and about a sweet little salad CSA she and a friend operated for a few seasons. Now she’s back from an artist colony in New York, where she worked on a screen play, and is ready to tell the world about her marvelous new book.
