What do you think of when you imagine your local landfill? Piles of trash? A foul stench? …how about visions of peacocks? At Marin Sanitary Service, the colorful birds, plus chickens and hogs are part of the scene. KRCB’s Tiffany Camhi visited the garbage service’s small farm – aptly named the Flying Can Ranch – to bring us this report.
