The single best—and perhaps only –way to end homelessness is to get people housed, without preconditions. That’s among the recommendations of a national expert, who was in Santa Rosa yesterday.
To cure homelessness, give priority to the most challenging individuals. That radical rethinking of the issue served as the starting point for the two-day Summit on Homeless Solutions in Santa Rosa yesterday. KRCB’s Bruce Robinson was there, and spoke with the lead presenter.
