Dredging Planned for Bodega Bay Channel – May 5, 2017

It’s been 17 years since the shallow channel into Bodega Bay was last dredged. So it’s time to do it again, and plans for a project this fall are moving ahead.

Plans are moving forward to scoop out the silt and sediment that is beginning to impede boat traffic in and out of Bodega Bay. The $4.1 million project is on track to be done later this year.
