The homeless encampment in the Roseland area of Santa Rosa is slated for eviction tomorrow. Authorities claim shelter beds are available. But, homeless advocates are saying those beds cannot accommodate people with mental and physical disabilities or ensure safety. Darren LaShelle has the story.
