Point in Time Homeless Count Helps Sonoma County Track Homelessness – January 29, 2019

How have the 2017 wildfires affected homelessness in Sonoma County?

For the past fourteen years, counties across the nation have participated in the annual “Point in Time Homeless Count”. The count is required by the U.S. Department of Urban Development and helps determine how much aid the county receives to address homelessness. Reporter Adia White tagged along with a volunteer crew in Santa Rosa on Friday to help find out how many people are sleeping on the streets this winter.
