We just had a government shutdown and another may be on the horizon. But America’s towns and cities still need to function even when the Federal Government is closed. A bipartisan group of mayors just met in D.C. and among the attendees was Sonoma’s mayor, Amy Harrington. KRCB news director Steve Mencher talked with her about what was accomplished in D.C.
