This year’s Miss Sonoma County is breaking new ground in more ways than one.
Miss Sonoma County 2019 was crowned on the second of March. She’s different from every other winner of the contest. She spoke openly about being a survivor of sexual assault, has embraced the idea of sharing the fact that she’s gay and won even though she skipped the swimsuit portion of the competition. All of which made KRCB reporter Adia White eager to talk with the 21-year old Sonoma State student, Rhiannon Jones.
