Protesters in Sonoma County have continued to march against police brutality and racism over the past ten days. This week, the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office and the Santa Rosa Police Department banned the use of carotid holds, also known as choke-holds. But protesters are calling for widespread reform and for law enforcement agencies to be defunded. KRCB’s Adia White interviewed two of the speakers at a youth-organized protest on Monday.
