Gravenstein Apple Fair
August 17 & 18, 2019
Whether you’re a farmer or an eater, a country bumpkin or a city-slicker, join us at the Ag Games Arena for two days of all-ages hands-on activities that’ll test your strength, speed, and knowledge of agriculture… all showcasing a more just, healthy and regenerative food system. The Ag Games are presented by Community Alliance of Family Farmers (CAFF)/Farmer’s Guild.
And join in the fun with our old-fashioned apple-themed contests on the North Coast Organic Stage, which includes: apple juggling, apple pie eating & caramel apple eating. Sign-up at the Information Booth (in center of the Fair) beginning at 10 AM each day. Please note these contests are first come, first serve, and they do fill up quick!
Other activities will include learning how to juggle apples, a grape toss, water trough relay, chicken poop bingo, a watermelon seed spitting contest, and the first-ever piglet race!
Kids will love the Young Farmers & Ranchers’ Tractor Pedal Pull for presented by American Ag Credit. And don’t forget to check out the Kids’ Area for ongoing activities all day long!
