The Voigt Family Sculpture Foundation proudly presents the MARGARET JENKINS DANCE COMPANY performing within and around the sculptures in GEOMETRIC REFLECTIONS: Celebrating Ten Years of Voigt Family Sculpture. This year they will bring several different multimedia performances including dance, music, theatre and literary arts to the sculpture exhibition Geometric Reflections at Paradise Ridge Winery.
Join us this Father’s Day for a glass of wine and light appetizers and stroll around the sculpture gardens while experiencing this once-in-a-lifetime performance! This is something the whole family will enjoy! Margaret Jenkins has designed a very special, interactive performance for the Geometric Reflections exhibition. Afterward, they will discuss their work and answer any questions you might have.
The Margaret Jenkins Dance Company (MJDC) has been a part of the cultural fabric of San Francisco for over three decades—dedicated to the making and touring of new work, international exchange, and programs that support process, choreographic mentorship and performance opportunities. At the heart of the organization’s mission is Ms. Jenkins’ belief that it is incumbent on us as artists to be in conversation through our work—to break the isolation and expand who sees and responds to the arts.
