Look for the compost stations in the food court of the market. Our goal is to become a Zero Waste market and we need your help! Confused about what goes where? Checkout the colorful signs above the receptacles.

TimeBank, and many more!

October is a time of abundance and the perfect time to focus on eating local and committing to a more regenerative, resilient lifestyle. We owe it to ourselves, our planet and our community! Shopping local is one of the biggest political statements you can make. What is the percentage of fresh fruits and vegetables you buy from the farmers’ market? Could you make the commitment to buy all of your produce direct from local farmers at the farmers’ market or at local farm stands for one month? It’s easier than you think! You can also reduce your carbon footprint by bringing reusable bags and containers.

Admission is free.
