Plan to Conserve Marin’s Biodiversity and Reduce Wildfires Moves Forward – October 12, 2016

Marin County officials are working on a plan to protect and encourage the biodiversity of its open spaces.

For nearly a decade Marin County’s Open Space District has been working on a plan to better manage the vegetation and biodiversity on their nearly 16-thousand acres. KRCB’s Tiffany Camhi reports the plan gained approval from the county’s Open Space Commission this week.
