Life Inside The Beach Boys – October 24, 2016

Founding Beach Boy Mike Love offers an inside view of the group’s often discordant history in his new memoir, Good Vibrations.

It’s been half a century since the Beach Boys were at their peak in the 1960s, yet their music endures and surviving members of the band maintain a busy concert schedule. One of them is founding singer Mike Love, whose new autobiography charts the often rocky history inside the band.

Mike Love was at Copperfield’s books in Petaluma Monday at 7 pm, where he talked about his book with veteran music writer Joel Selvin. Love will return to Sonoma County on Nov 17 when the Beach Boys perform at the Luther Burbank Center in Santa Rosa.
