Community Members Debate How to Best Spend Grant for Homeless Services – December 4, 2018

Sonoma County is slated to receive a 12 million dollar grant from the state of California to be used for Homeless Emergency Aid Programs. Santa Rosa City councilmember Julie Combs hosted a meeting this Saturday for community members to discuss how the funds could best be spent. Presenter Kalia Mussetter runs an organization called Living Bridges which helps connect the homeless with services. KRCB reporter Adia White spoke with her about her personal experience and the types of services she finds most effective.
